產(chǎn)品特性/ Characteristics:

球體圓整度好,表面光滑,有珍珠般光澤.

有極好的韌性,耐沖擊,在高速運轉(zhuǎn)中不碎裂;極小的摩擦系數(shù)使TZP鋯珠對設(shè)備的磨損很低.

TZP 鋯珠的耐磨性是玻璃珠的30-50倍,是硅酸鋯珠的5倍左右.

TZP 鋯珠密度比其它陶瓷磨介高,研磨效率是玻璃珠的6-8倍,是硅酸鋯珠的2-3倍,可以提高物料固含量或加大物料流量.

3) Lower total costs due to the long using life.

4)Suitable for high velocity operations and wet grinding operations.
